Big Tech Technocracy

This phrase is used often on CryptoLiberate. It refers to the conglomeration of centralized power amassed in Big Tech. Corporations like Facebook, Google, Amazon and Microsoft, that have gathered immense power through their freemium models. Through surveillance of our metadata, which can be our conversations over smart phones, emails, online activities and biometric listening devices, such as smart watches… the Big Tech Technocracy collects, stores exchanges, and analyzes our data for a profit. We give up our digital human rights to the Big Tech Technocracy every time we sign those extremely long and tedious digital agreements that pop up when we download software or apps.
